1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of kiipe.com and purchases from KIIPE (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Our store is hosted by Shopify. Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store or place an order.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and protect any account credentials. You must not use this website for unlawful purposes, infringe others’ rights, submit fraudulent orders, upload malicious code, collect personal information without authorization, or interfere with security or site operation.

3. Products and availability

Review product descriptions, dimensions, materials, instructions, and available options before ordering. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Products and quantities are subject to availability. Use pet products according to their instructions and supervise your pet where appropriate. Website content does not replace professional veterinary advice.

4. Prices and payment

Prices and available payment methods are displayed on the website and at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before you submit payment. You authorize payment of the total shown when placing your order. Future price changes do not change the price of an order already accepted. Do not send payment card details or passwords by email.

5. Orders, errors, and cancellations

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable stock, suspected fraud, an incorrect price, or an inability to deliver to the supplied address. We will contact you if an issue affects your order and refund any payment collected for items we cancel. We will not substitute a different item or charge a higher price without your agreement.

If you need to cancel or correct an order, contact support@kiipe.com promptly with your order number. Our standard cancellation request window is 15 minutes after placing an order. Requests received later are subject to the order’s processing status. Once shipment has been arranged, cancellation may no longer be possible; eligible items may instead be returned under our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery areas, processing times, shipping charges, and delivery estimates. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Contact us if a shipment is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Our Return and Refund Policy provides a 30-day return request window after delivery, eligibility conditions, free shipping for eligible U.S. returns, no restocking fees, and refunds to the original payment method. Please obtain return instructions before shipping an item back.

7. Intellectual property and submissions

Website text, branding, images, and other content belong to KIIPE or their respective rights holders. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes; other reproduction or commercial use requires permission or another lawful basis. Any reviews or other content you submit must be truthful and must not violate another person’s rights. We may display submitted product reviews in connection with the relevant products, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

8. Third-party services

Links and optional tools may be provided by independent third parties. Review their terms and privacy practices before using them. Their inclusion does not mean that KIIPE controls or endorses their content. This does not remove our responsibilities for purchases made from KIIPE.

9. Service availability and consumer rights

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits our published return and refund commitments.

10. Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively reduce rights relating to existing orders. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms are subject to applicable United States law and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.
