This policy applies to purchases from KIIPE at kiipe.com.

30-day returns

You may request a return for a refund or exchange within 30 days after delivery, including if you change your mind. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original resalable condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging. They must be free of stains, odors, or customer-caused damage. Gift cards and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can arrange a return, refund, or exchange. The original-condition requirements do not exclude a claim about damage or a defect present on arrival.

Return shipping and fees

KIIPE covers return shipping for all eligible returns within the United States, including damaged, defective, incorrect, and change-of-mind returns. We will email you a free prepaid return shipping label. We charge no restocking fees. Approved returns receive a full refund of the returned item's purchase price.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@kiipe.com with your order number and reason for returning the item.
  2. We will reply within 24–48 hours with your prepaid return label and instructions for an eligible U.S. return.
  3. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off with the designated carrier. Use the return destination provided in our instructions; please contact us before sending anything back.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you within 2–3 business days to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank or card account. The overall time from shipping your return to receiving your refund is typically within 10 business days, but carrier and bank processing may affect this estimate. If your refund has not arrived after this period, contact us.

Exchanges

To request an exchange within the 30-day return window, email us with your order number and the item you would like instead. We will provide return instructions and confirm replacement availability.
